ABOUT THE  PROJECT
The project involves the reconstruction of an unfinished building into a modern spa complex, set against the natural beauty of the Zakarpatska region. With a total area of 700 m², the complex is designed to harmonize with its forest surroundings, featuring open layouts and expansive windows that connect the interior to nature.

Facilities include a swimming pool, saunas with panoramic views, massage and treatment rooms, open terraces, outdoor jacuzzis, and a central island fireplace. Natural materials and wooden finishes, developed according to the author’s sketches and produced by Ukrainian manufacturers, create an atmosphere of authenticity and warmth.

Brands such as Geberit, Hansgrohe, Tres, TECE, Nowodvorski, Almera, and Opoczno provide technical excellence, while local craftsmanship ensures a unique identity. The result is a space that combines wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation in a serene natural setting—an environment where visitors can truly unwind.
