WELLNESS CENTER

ABOUT THE  PROJECT
The reconstruction transforms an unfinished building into a unique SPA complex deeply connected to its natural surroundings. Located in the forested landscapes of the Carpathians, the design maximizes openness to nature through expansive windows, panoramic views, and fluid connections between interior and exterior spaces.

The program includes a swimming pool, saunas with floor-to-ceiling glazing, massage and treatment rooms, open terraces, outdoor jacuzzis, and relaxation zones organized around a central stone fireplace. Natural finishes — particularly wood produced by Ukrainian manufacturers — reinforce the atmosphere of authenticity and warmth.

By combining carefully selected materials with contemporary planning, the complex becomes not only a wellness destination but also a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation in harmony with nature.
