Located on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay, this contemporary residence was designed to maximize natural light and direct connection to the outdoors.
The first floor is conceived as a spacious open plan that merges kitchen, dining, and living areas, anchored by a panoramic stone fireplace. Large glass doors open onto an exterior leisure zone with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and terraces overlooking the bay. Additional spaces include a guest suite and a play/media room.
The second floor accommodates three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a study. Bright, light-toned interiors enhance the sense of openness, while double-height volumes and expansive glazing blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor living.
